Rob is known for his hands-on approach, problem-solving skills, and ability to collaborate with agencies, officials, and the public.

David has 30+ years of experience managing traffic engineering, signal operations, and transportation planning projects. Leveraging his experience as the City Traffic Engineer for the City of Oceanside, he offers innovative solutions in mobility, circulation, and multimodal planning.

Christian Lambarth, PE, TE, PTOE

Christian focuses on traffic operation analysis, traffic signal design, traffic control, streetlighting, and signal interconnect as STC’s engineering design lead. He oversees a variety of projects ranging from small-scale designs to large-scale corridor improvements for regional transportation agencies.

Phil has over 35+ years of experience in the planning, design, permitting, and construction support of a wide range of public works, transportation, infrastructure, and capital improvement projects. As STC’s civil design lead, he focuses on the design and delivery of capital projects through on-call municipal contracts.
